Catalina Andrade is a dynamic HR leader with more than eight years of progressive experience. Her background includes working at Chicago’s “Best Places To Work” as recognized by Crain’s Chicago, Adweek and Fortune. Those companies include Centro, Echo Global Logistics and Visanow, where she was an integral member of the HR department. Most recently, Catalina was the HR Director at Trisect, an independent advertising agency. Catalina has an MBA in HR Management from Loyola University and is both PHR and SHRM-CP certified. Catalina is originally a New Yorker who now resides in Chicago with her dog, Dexter. When she isn’t trying a new restaurant in town, she is likely traveling and exploring a new destination..
