Fernando Sanchez-Arias has been a management executive and strategic adviser to public and private companies in Latin America for more than 20 years. He has shared his views on talent development, global leadership, and cultural intelligence at events organized by the UN, International Chamber of Commerce, World Chambers Federation, Junior Chamber International, World Bank, World Federation of Personnel Management Associations, UNESCO, UNICEF, and ATD.Fernando is currently based in Houston, where he is the corporate director of LUKIVEN Energy and Business Group, overseeing the operations of Texas Advanced Manufacturing Solutions (TAMS), Mejorar International, and Energy and Business University, the corporate university of these companies in the United States and Latin America. He is also a doctoral student in the University of Pennsylvania’s Work-Based Learning Leadership Program.
