Nobis Works is a nonprofit organization that trains and supports youth and adults with disabilities as they seek to find workplace success. Nobis Works helps individuals with all types of disabilities to enter or return to employment, and to enjoy productive and independent lifestyles while contributing to the greater business community. Founded in 1977 by former Atlanta Falcon Tommy Nobis, educator Bobbie Knopf, and parent and advocate Joyce Slaughter as a response to the lack of services after high school for individuals with special education needs.
